FormBlade supports Telegram, Slack, Discord, Viber, and Microsoft Teams notifications on every plan. Personal includes chat-channel notifications with a 50/month allowance. Pro increases chat-channel notifications to 3,000/month. Email notifications are unlimited on all plans.

FormBlade notifies you instantly when someone submits your form. Choose one or more channels:

Available on all plans. Notification volume limits depend on plan. Personal includes 50 chat-channel messages/month; Pro includes 3,000/month; Business is unlimited. Email notifications are unlimited on all plans.

All notification channels are configured per form in the Settings tab. You can use multiple channels on the same form.

Note: Submissions flagged as spam (honeypot, failed captcha, or bot detection) do not trigger any notifications or auto-responders. They are saved in the dashboard for review but no email, Telegram, Slack, Discord, Viber, or Teams message is sent.
